Mixing:
The pug mill used for mixing is 3 oars with high &
low speed available and vacuation and cooling functions.
This ensures the mixed material is uniform and has no
mass or air bubble. So it ensures the consistency of
coating and high quality of products.

Coater:
Our company is the first one to use the high-precision
coater produced by TORAY Japan. The density tolerance
of the single electrode plate is less than ¡À1%. The
tolerance of electrode board length and gap dimension
is less than 1mm. This kind of coating is far superior
to the rotating coating on uniformity and consistency.

Calender:
We use the sequential rolling equipment produced by
IMC and IMD USA. The taper of rolling is 2um, which
ensures the consistency of thickness of electrode boards.
This equipment is equipped with perfect clearing system,
which avoids the tiny short-cut due to dust particles
and accordingly improves the battery¡¯s charge performance.

Slitter£ºWe
use the sequential slitting equipments produced by TORAY
Japan. The slitting blade is roller-type blade. The
electrode board slit has no defective edge or burr or
other defects. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped
with perfect clearing system, which ensures and improves
the battery¡¯s charge performance.

| Winder£ºWe
import the winder from JAIDO Japan. This equipment can
ensure the electrode board, separate and tension is invariable
during the winding process. It also ensures uniformity
and stability in chemical reaction of electrode. This
ensures the performance consistency of battery. In addition,
the exact correcting system (8 EPC correction, the correcting
precision is 0.1mm) can ensure safety of battery. We use
reliable ultrasonic jointing machine produced by BRANSON
USA to weld electrode board and electrode ear. We use
insulative impedance tester to test each winding automatically.
This tester judges the tiny short-cut as NG and eliminate
it automatically to ensure the reliability of battery.

Assembly
line:
The multi-units and multi-types semi-automatic assembly
equipments manufactured by ourselves reduce the transmission
time (reduction above 5 times). The key working procedures
(bending electrode ear, pressing cells, cover£©are all
finished automatically. This equipment can switch the
types very expediently and avoid long adjustment. So
it has very good performance and cost advantages.

Laser
jointing£ºWe
use 200W pulsed laser jointing machine. This machine
uses two-axis precision control worktable. The repeated
precision is less than 0.01mm. The pulse width, frequency,
current, current and output wave can be adjusted. The
jointing contrail can be programmed. We use the home-made
clamps with high precision. Its mounting precision is
calibrated by gauge. So we can ensure the good laser
affinity for both imported can and domestically-produced
can. To ensure the jointing reliability, we use home-made
leak detector for each can to conduct random testing
and to adjust parameters to ensure the reliability of
battery.

X-Ray
test:
We can observe the internal structure and electrode
insulation by using the X- radial machine, which can
effectively ensure the safety performance of the battery. |

Formation
system:
The formation system with high precision used by us
can test all performances of battery, for example, internal
resistance, capacity, discharge platform, curves of
charge and discharge, cycle life and so on. This system
also can classify battery according to different performance
target.
